About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Food Service Manager to join our team at Necgroup. As a key member of our regional venues, you will be responsible for supporting mobilisations, recruitment, vacancy, and holiday cover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Flexible support in various roles, both front of house and back of house, across all regional venues.
  • Teamwork, time management, and adaptability in a 7-day week operation are essential.
  • Meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional customer service are critical to success.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working within a food/catering environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute activities efficiently.
  • Experience managing budgets to achieve or exceed targets.
  • NVQ LEVEL 2 or above in food preparation and cooking is required.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
