Job Title: HR Administrator

About the Role:
Our client, Browns Recruitment Group Ltd, is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join their busy HR department. The successful candidate will provide full administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment administration, organisation of inductions, and maintenance of personnel files and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Assist with recruitment administration
• Organise inductions and maintain personnel files
• Develop and maintain HR systems

Requirements:
• Good general education
• Strong IT and communication skills
• Previous administrative experience
• Well-organised, flexible, and detail-oriented

What We Offer:
An initial salary of between £22,000 - £24,000, based on experience, with opportunities for growth and development. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to invest in their career and progress towards a CIPD qualification.
