Drainage Systems Specialist

Reed Property & Construction is seeking a skilled Asset Drainage Engineer to join our team. As an Asset Drainage Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our drainage systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Drainage System Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of our drainage systems.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record all works completed, using internal and external CRM portals to maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all company and client equipment is properly maintained, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
- Field Objectives: Work towards achieving and exceeding field objectives, adopting a proactive approach to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the field team, ensuring health and safety standards are consistently met and industry-leading operating standards are achieved.
- Health and Safety: Prioritize the health, safety, and wellbeing of yourself and others, adhering to Health and Safety policies and procedures, and reporting any incidents or near misses.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Asset Drainage Engineer who possesses a strong understanding of health and safety principles and has a background in drainage and plumbing. You will be a trustworthy and effective communicator, able to build lasting relationships with your team and customers.
- CCTV surveying experience.
- Confined space qualification.
- Previous experience in drainage and plumbing.
- Relevant training and accreditation, including Rail QTS - Personal Track Safety (PTS), Water Jetting Training (WJA), and High Pressure Water Jetting (HPWJ).
