Drainage Operations Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drainage Operative to join our team at Reed Property & Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our drainage systems.
Key Responsibilities- Drainage System Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and surveys to identify potential issues and perform repairs, cleaning, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record all works completed via internal and external CRM portals, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain high standards of equipment and asset maintenance, ensuring all company and client property is in good working order.
- Field Objectives: Achieve and strive to exceed field objectives for each task, considering both reactive and proactive approaches to ensure optimal results.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within the field team, promoting health and safety and industry-leading operating standards at all times.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of self and others, complying with Health and Safety policies and procedures, and reporting any incidents or near misses for corrective action.
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in drainage and plumbing, with a focus on health and safety. As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication skills, be trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with your team and clients.
- Technical Skills: Possess relevant training and accreditation, including but not limited to: Rail QTS - Personal Track Safety (PTS), Water Jetting Training (WJA), High Pressure Water Jetting (HPWJ).
- Experience: Bring previous experience in drainage and plumbing, with a strong understanding of drainage systems and operations.
