Asset Drainage Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drainage Operative to join our team at Reed Property & Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our drainage systems.
Key Responsibilities- Drainage System Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and surveys to identify potential issues and perform repairs, cleaning, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record all works completed via internal and external CRM portals, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain high standards of equipment and asset maintenance, ensuring all company and client property is in good working order.
- Field Objectives: Achieve and exceed field objectives for each task, adopting a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within the field team, promoting a culture of health and safety, and industry-leading operating standards.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of self and others, adhering to Health and Safety policies and procedures, and reporting any incidents or near misses.
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in drainage and plumbing, possessing excellent health and safety knowledge and experience. As a trusted and reliable team player, you will be able to build lasting relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Technical Skills: Possess relevant training and accreditation, including Confined Space Qualification, Rail QTS - Personal Track Safety (PTS), Water Jetting Training (WJA), and High Pressure Water Jetting (HPWJ).
- Industry Experience: Bring previous experience in drainage and plumbing, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
