Administrative Assistant Job Description:
We are recruiting an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to project teams, managing documentation and communication for ongoing projects, and developing effective relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer all aspects of project administration, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage documentation and communication for ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
