Maintenance Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our production floor. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement Progressive Maintenance (PM) capabilities, eliminate breakdowns, and provide technical support to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Culture Development:
    • Lead and support culture development initiatives to foster engagement and adherence to company principles.
    • Coach safety standards, tools, and techniques to the team.
    • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate safety risks using behavior-based safety programs and near-miss reporting.
  • Preventative Maintenance & Technical Support:
    • Perform mechanical and electrical preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and electrical panels.
    • Complete and proactively manage work orders, ensuring efficient use of downtime.
    • Document preventative maintenance and work orders using SAP Plant Maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting & Repair:
    • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues (e.g., motor starters, switches, sensors) and mechanical problems (e.g., hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical drive systems).
