Job Title: Temporary Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Temporary Contracts Manager to join our team at The Dove Partnership. As a key member of our commercial office jobs team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review and analyze contract specifications to identify areas for improvement.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the Environment Client Team to ensure biodiversity and landscape maintenance projects are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Assist the Insurance Team in claims processing and provide support as needed.
  • Research and identify funding opportunities for projects and prepare and submit applications.
  • Hold a current full driving license and have access to suitable transportation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract management.
  • Ability to review and analyze contract specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Hours:

5 hours per day, 5 days a week, with the option to work part-time for the right candidate. The role is mainly office-based, but there will be regular visits to clients and sites.
