The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and conscientious customer service coordinator to join our sales team. This is a unique opportunity for the right person to shape a role and use their existing skills to drive business growth. If you have a passion for customer service and thrive in a stimulating environment, this could be the perfect fit.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent communication with customers to deliver a 5-star experience
  • Take ownership of certain supplier accounts and provide customers with quotations
  • Utilize suppliers' online software quoting programs to obtain accurate prices in a timely manner
  • Utilize our CRM system to maintain efficient customer interactions and facilitate the smooth operation of the sales team
  • Provide a flexible approach to the sales team in meeting their day-to-day needs

  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player willing to support others yet able to show initiative
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good level of computer literacy and confidence in acquiring skills in the use of a variety of online software programs
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks and requests
