About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team at Senitor Associates. As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network
  • Collaborate with 1st line support team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' technical environments

Requirements:

  • Background in providing 2nd line technical support, ideally within the education sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows platforms
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Office365
  • Networking skills, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and IT hardware
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS
