HR Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile HR Advisor to support our client's team in driving organisational effectiveness across their two sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive HR support, from onboarding to performance management
  • Manage monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Drive recruitment initiatives to attract top talent
  • Coordinate training programs and support apprenticeship schemes
  • Maintain HR systems and deliver critical business insights

Requirements:
  • Previous HR generalist experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Hands-on payroll processing experience
  • CIPD qualification (or currently working towards it)
