**Regional Human Resources Advisor**
Due to growth within the organisation, National Care Group is looking for a regional HR Advisor to join our amazing, fast paced and award-winning people team.

What will your day look like
- Responsibility for providing consistent employee relations advice on all areas of HR including disciplinary and grievance, absence and performance in line with policies, procedures and key performance indicators.
- Proactively manage the full ER caseload within your region, guiding managers through complex absence and employee relations cases
- Involvement in change management initiatives utilising effective project management skills
- Understanding the importance of analytics, identifying trends and supporting the monthly reporting cycle.
- Proactively drive the people agenda across your region including leading on key initiatives
**Requirements**:
- CIPD level 5 qualified or qualified through experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Required to be flexible and drive within your region between Stoke and Northampton. National travel may be required from time to time including overnight stays
