Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to our residents. As a key member of our care team, you'll work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional standards of personal care and promote independence, dignity, and respect for each individual.

About the Role

Your focus will be on delivering personalized care, ensuring the physical and emotional needs of our residents are met. This includes:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
  • Recognizing and addressing clinical risk areas, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and infection signs, and escalating concerns promptly.
  • Maintaining a safe environment by following safe systems of work across various tasks.

About You

While experience is beneficial, we offer a comprehensive induction and training program to ensure confidence in your role. Our ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate initiative, respect, and adaptability.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of approximately £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a DBS Disclosure check and access to a range of leisure and retail discounts. Please note that proof of eligibility to work in the UK is required for this position.
