About the Role

HC-One is seeking a motivated and caring Resident Advocate to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. In this role, you will assist residents with personal care activities, deliver care that respects their dignity and individuality, and safeguard them from potential harm. As part of our team, you will receive full training, a competitive hourly rate, paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, and a range of benefits.
