Job Title: Sustainability Engineering Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Engineering Consultant to join our in-house sustainability team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sustainability services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct OCDEA accreditation (EPC for residential new build units) and SAP/EPC assessments
  • Produce Planning Energy Strategies
  • Develop IES thermal modelling, SBEM/daylight/sunlight/thermal bridging calculations, BREEAM assessments, and report writing for planning submissions

Requirements:
  • OCDEA accreditation (EPC for residential new build units)
  • SAP/EPC assessment experience
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience
