We are seeking an experienced Psychology Teacher to join our faculty at Wayman Learning Trust. As a member of our team, you will be instrumental in shaping the minds of our students and preparing them for success in their future careers.

About the Role

This full-time permanent role involves:

  • Designing and delivering engaging Psychology lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
  • Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking and inquiry.
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a cohesive and enriching learning experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with current developments in psychological research.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience teaching Psychology at the secondary school level is preferred but not required; NQTs are welcome to apply.
