About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Teaching Assistant Learning Coach, supporting the development and education of children in early years settings. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and other staff members to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent) and have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. They will also be responsible for supporting the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children, fostering a safe and inclusive environment, and observing and assessing children's progress.

An estimated salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting the education and development of young children.
