About the Role

We are seeking a skilled AI Grant Writer to join our growth team at Grantify. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic and innovative company that uses generative AI to help startups secure crucial funding.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our reach and helping businesses access government grants and funding opportunities. As an AI Grant Writer, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on how to secure funding through our unique platform.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Engage Clients: Build trusting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively about our services.
  • Master the Product: Develop an in-depth understanding of our grant products, eligibility criteria, and processes to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Excel in CRM Management: Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities to ensure timely follow-ups and a well-maintained sales pipeline.

Hiring Process

The hiring process typically takes about 3 weeks end-to-end. We use a video screening interview format, which allows us to assess candidates' skills and experience in a convenient and efficient way. Our Talent Acquisition Manager will guide you through each stage of the process and provide feedback and updates within 72 hours of each step.

  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary with a very attractive commission structure, estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
