About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Development Project Manager to join our team at Vistry Group in Ealing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of residential development projects from design stage to post-completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site as agreed with the Senior Technical Manager, ensuring timely completion and adherence to the delivery programme.
  • Undertake key aspects of the Principal Designer role, including completion of Health, Safety & Environmental documents and coordination of surveys & reports required for the development.
  • Coordinate consultants to deliver civil engineering designs, including legal plans, and manage the process of obtaining consultant fee proposals and formal appointment documents.
  • Ensure buildability and value engineering assessments, coordinate submission of designs and securing technical approvals for agreements such as S104, S38, and S278.
  • Manage timely completion of legal agreements, coordinate utility designs and initial mains laying onto site, and assist in the production of Sales brochures and legal handovers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A BTEC HND/HNC in Design, Construction or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience working within a technical role at a residential house builder or contractor.
  • Good IT literacy with experience of AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Proven ability in a Technical Coordinator role of delivering design for projects on time, to budget, and quality standards with high customer satisfaction results.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to make decisions within authority.
  • Able to lead and work as a team member, experienced in analysing problems and delivering solutions.
  • Strong mathematical ability and professional aptitude and appearance at all times.
