About the Role
Scaffolding Contractors in London and South East regions are looking for a skilled Contracts Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaffolding management, with the ability to demonstrate leadership skills. This role is based in Kent, covering operations across the South East.

This position involves taking on supervisor and estimator roles, responding to inquiries, and managing customer expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing risk assessments and method statements prior to commencing works. Site surveying and estimating are also key aspects of this role, as well as carrying out toolbox talks and assisting accounts with commercial settlements.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety guidelines, including CDM regulations, and be commercially aware. A proven track record in scaffolding sector management, holding a CISRS Advanced card and SMSTS qualification, is essential. Previous experience in small to large industrial, commercial, and domestic projects is desirable.
