Cost Management and Quantity Surveying Position

Main Duties:

  • Preparing accurate quotations by collaborating with the in-house estimation team.
  • Analyzing architectural drawings and other documents to secure quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Measuring drawings to generate project orders.
  • Gathering BCAR documentation, safety files, and handover reports.
  • Maintaining health and safety software and making updates as necessary.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
  • Background in pre- and post-contract cost management and procurement.
  • At least 2 years of experience in residential or domestic construction.
  • Driven and ambitious individual seeking career advancement.
  • Familiarity with the Irish market and building regulations.

Salary Range: €65,000 - €80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
