We are seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to join our team at ONLi Group Ltd and play a pivotal role in driving business success.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective risk assessments and method statements to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Undertake thorough site surveys and estimations to ensure accurate project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with the accounts team to optimize commercial settlement processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in scaffolding management is required, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SMSTS and NEBOSH construction certifications is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • A self-motivated and flexible individual who thrives under pressure is highly valued.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
