Customer Service Coordinator

At Auto Windscreens, we're committed to innovation and excellence in the automotive glazing industry. We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at our Belfast service centre.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Supervisor and wider team, ensuring high levels of documentation compliance.
- Offering assistance and support to internal colleagues and customers.
- Ensuring the efficient operation of the scheduling system, making amendments as needed and communicating changes to the team and affected customers.
- Providing operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
- Managing and replenishing consumable stocks for the relevant area.
- Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety processes at all times.
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as requested or advised by the Deployment Centre Supervisor or Area Service Manager.
Key qualifications include:
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone.
- Ability to demonstrate a good level of competence in planning and organizing own workload.
- Flexible approach to work demands.
- Proactive self-motivator and able to work on own initiative.
- Proficient IT skills.
