About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and delivering high-quality meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure the delivery of high-quality meals
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the dietary needs of our residents
  • Source and manage suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a care home or similar setting
