Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled People Development Advisor to join our team at JD Sports. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering performance-focused learning and development activities that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope, design, and deliver learning and development activities that meet the needs of our employees and drive business outcomes.
- Work closely with line managers to identify learning needs and develop solutions that improve team performance.
- Conduct follow-up activities to ensure the impact of learning interventions and inform further development needs.
- Provide individual and group coaching to support employee growth and development.
- Role-model a growth mindset and stay up-to-date with current learning and development theories and practices.
- Advocate for a learning culture within the organization and facilitate social learning.
- Curate high-quality content to share across the organization and encourage self-directed learning.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Learning and Development or equivalent experience.
- Coaching skills and experience in individual and group coaching.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data to inform learning needs and drive business outcomes.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
