About the Role

HealthNet Homecare is seeking a skilled Clinical Homecare Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality nursing services to patients in their own homes.

As a Clinical Homecare Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support in the home setting, including administering medications and providing education to patients and their carers.
  • Participate in Clinical Governance activities, including clinical supervision and quality assurance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Patient Support Programmes, and provide training to patients and carers as required.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions between hospital and homecare services.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care activities, and contribute to the improvement of patient care through continuous professional development.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Experience in homecare or community nursing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
