Clinical Homecare Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Homecare Nurse to join our team at HealthNet Homecare. As a Clinical Homecare Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and professional standards.
- Assist in providing Patient Support Programmes, including the development, implementation, and delivery of clinical services within the community setting.
- Participate in telephone calls, virtual calls, and community visits to provide patient education and support.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for patients.
- Accurately record patient care-related activities in accordance with HealthNet SOPs and professional guidelines.
- Participate in clinical governance activities, including clinical supervision and quality improvement initiatives.
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with Part 1 of the NMC Register.
- 3 years post-registration experience within a clinical setting.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality services within a healthcare environment.
- Adequate computer literacy to ensure capability to learn and maintain ability to use HealthNet systems for day-to-day use.
