We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Stryker UK Limited. As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving our 'Sage' business in the Midlands and Oxford territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to maintain existing business and drive growth through new sales opportunities.
- Deliver annual sales targets and other key performance objectives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS or private medical sector, including tissue viability, infection control, speech and language therapists, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff.
- Report on sales activities on a regular basis to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Attend and participate in key professional congresses and events.
- Maintain and acquire new product, technology, and market knowledge.
- A BSc in a relevant discipline is preferred, although not essential, and/or relevant Sales/Clinical work experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales within the NHS (desired) or a strong understanding of the NHS through a clinical role.
- Experience in customer acquisition and proven ability to grow new business.
- Knowledge and experience in a commercial sales background is preferred.
- Ability to build long-term, strategic relationships and a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Must live within the defined territory, as this is a field-based sales role, involving a significant amount of travel (80%).
