About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Fired Up One LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and presentation, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet our culinary standards.
  • Kitchen Management: Manage and oversee a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to specification and that the kitchen is running efficiently.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer feedback and special requests, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure portion control and minimize waste, adhering to cost control measures.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality and presentation. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor junior staff.
  • Personality: A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
