Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Trauma and Behaviour Support Professional to join our team in the community. As a key member of our team, you will provide one-to-one support to our clients, helping them to develop coping strategies and manage challenging behaviours. Your role will involve:
  • Developing and implementing individualised support plans for our clients;
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to our clients as they navigate difficult situations;
  • Working closely with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Supporting our clients with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation and household chores;
  • Encouraging our clients to engage in leisure activities and hobbies;
  • Providing information and advice to families and carers on how to support their loved ones.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • A level 3 qualification in health and social care or a related field;
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or children;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A non-judgemental approach to supporting individuals with complex needs.
