Sponsorship Coordinator at Presidents Summit

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sponsorship Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Presidents Summit Limited. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our conferences and events.
Key Responsibilities- Travel opportunity: You will be joining our conferences overseas, providing a unique chance to experience different cultures and meet global industry leaders.
- Develop invaluable transferable skills, including interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills, through hands-on experience.
- Enjoy an attractive compensation package and the opportunity to grow your personal brand.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing daily support to facilitate their registration and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements using our CRM system.
- Build an internal knowledge base and assist with the onboarding of new clients.
- 2-8 years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success.
- A UK work permit.
- Flexible working hours, with a requirement to work from our office Monday to Friday.
