About the Role

As a Sponsorship Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing daily support to sponsors, facilitating their registration through our internal management systems, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements using our CRM. You will also have the opportunity to build an internal knowledge base and assist with the onboarding of new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to sponsors, ensuring a seamless registration process
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements using our CRM

  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-8 years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success
  • A UK work permit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
