Are you a driven professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences? We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sponsorship Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Presidents Summit Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to conferences overseas and provide daily support to sponsors
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements using our CRM
  • Build an internal knowledge base and assist with the onboarding of new clients
  • Provide exceptional client service and facilitate their registration through our internal management systems
Requirements:
  • 2-8 years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success
  • UK work permit
  • Flexible and able to work Monday to Friday in our office
