About the Role

We are recruiting a Sales and Operations Lead to join our client's automotive team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring compliance with financial documents, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the sales team to achieve performance goals.
  2. Manage site operations, including implementing strategies to improve results.
  3. Audit deal presenters and financial documents to ensure compliance.
  4. Support the sales team with sold units and value-added products.
  5. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  6. Obtain FCA accreditation after training.
What We Offer:
  • Uncapped commission earnings - estimated OTE up to £60,000.
  • 28 days' holiday.
  • Basic salary £30,000.
