Sales and Operations Lead

We are recruiting a Sales and Operations Lead to join our client's automotive team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring compliance with financial documents, and meeting monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities:- Lead the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Manage site operations, including implementing strategies to improve results.
- Audit deal presenters and financial documents to ensure compliance.
- Support the sales team with sold units and value-added products.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Obtain FCA accreditation after training.
- Uncapped commission earnings - estimated OTE up to £60,000.
- 28 days' holiday.
- Basic salary £30,000.
