Job Summary

The Dr V K Dewan Practice is seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a clear telephone manner, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering telephone calls and booking appointments
  • Dealing with patient and general enquiries
  • Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality
  • Providing administrative support to the Practice Manager and other staff members

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic IT skills and knowledge of clinical systems (training will be provided)
