Job Summary
The Dr V K Dewan Practice is seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a clear telephone manner, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephone calls and booking appointments
- Dealing with patient and general enquiries
- Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality
- Providing administrative support to the Practice Manager and other staff members
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic IT skills and knowledge of clinical systems (training will be provided)
