Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Designer to join our team at Align Property Services. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert design and construction advice to our clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare pre-construction information and present to tendering contractors
  • Review Construction Phase Plans and ensure compliance with CDM Regs 2015
  • Identify hazards and issues, and provide workable solutions to the design team
  • Coordinate and prepare Health and Safety files, and issue F10 notifications as needed

Requirements:
  • Recognised design qualification
  • NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate (desirable)
  • Significant experience in CDM Advisory/PD role and understanding of construction and design processes
  • Computer literate and competent with Microsoft Office suite
  • Full clean UK driving licence
