Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial and construction projects, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage commercial and construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Commercial Management: Analyze and negotiate contracts, manage financial and commercial aspects of projects, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication of project progress and issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager role, with a strong background in commercial and construction projects.
  • Qualifications: Relevant degree in a field such as construction, engineering, or business, and professional certifications such as RICS or CIOB.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
