**Job Title:** Engineering Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Specialist to join our team at CC Cousins Ltd. As an Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks related to facilities maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, roofing, decorating, brickwork, tiling, and minor reactive repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks on commercial properties
- Perform repairs and replacements of various systems and equipment
- Use a variety of skills to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Work safely and follow health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Must have a UK driving license
- Be able to travel frequently
- Have experience working in a similar role
- Hold relevant qualifications and certifications
