Key Responsibilities
  • Determine optimal room allocations based on guests' historical data and preferences.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering teams to ensure seamless room preparation and efficient handling of queue rooms.
  • Verify reservation details and update billing comments as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guests' queries and facilitating smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Pursue opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions with Front Office leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Opera system or similar hotel management software.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • An ability to maintain composure during peak periods and demonstrate adaptability in response to changing circumstances.
  • Superb organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
