Document Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team at Qualitair Aviation Group, a Randstad Company, on a contract basis in Manchester or Birmingham.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to all logistic processes and procedures.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Attend team meetings and review sessions as required.
- Conduct internal logistic assurance checks in accordance with the logistic assurance program.
- Participate in daily work allocation briefs with logistic shift leads.
- Implement tooling and parts quarantine procedures in line with BPM and direction.
- Ensure effective tooling management at all times.
- Provide support for line maintenance during each shift.
- Prepare and conduct handover briefs at the end of each shift.
- Escalate concerns to the Logistic Manager or shift lead promptly.
- Perform all work safely and in accordance with procedures, training, and direction.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent organizational and disciplinary skills.
- Knowledge of Aircraft Base and Line Maintenance is preferred.
