Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Efficiently handle and monitor customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Administrative Support: Monitor email inboxes, check information, and update customer assets on the database.
- Logistics and Operations: Arrange collections from customers and suppliers, scan relevant information into the system, and manage the flow of work within our ERP systems.
- Communication: Liaise internally with other sites, raise purchase requisitions, and order parts for customers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and respond to dashboards, develop and implement new terms and processes, and assist with stock taking.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Possess excellent IT literacy and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently and meet specific timelines.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate a strong telephone manner and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-Oriented Mindset: Be self-motivated and a team player, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with others.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,500 to £25,000pa, working hours of Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 16:30 (15:30 finish on a Friday), and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team at Adecco.
