You'll be driven to promote a caring and welcoming environment where the social, intellectual, and spiritual needs of the residents are recognised and looked after.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a consistently high standard of care compliant with the Care Home Act 2008 & 2014
Manage your team rota, maintaining optimum staffing levels to ensure personalised care for each resident's individual needs
Participate in the on-call systems to always deliver the highest standards of seamless care
Requirements
RGN/RMN Qualified with an active Pin
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management
Highly organised, with a strong financial acumen, budgets and resources will be managed effectively to ensure an efficient operation
