Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve commercial viability.
  • Managing relationships with subcontractors to guarantee compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to senior management.

This role requires a strong understanding of construction management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead site teams effectively.

Requirements
  • BSc or equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project coordination or contract management.
  • Experience working on large-scale construction projects, preferably with a main contractor.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
