Job Summary: Job Title: Senior Site Supervisor Location: West of Scotland Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our team in the West of Scotland. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution. • Programme Management: Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion of projects. • Meeting Participation: Attend regular progress meetings with clients, stakeholders, and team members to discuss project status and address any concerns. • Site Planning: Prepare detailed site plans, risk assessments, and method statements to ensure safe and efficient project execution. • Cost Control & Scheduling: Ensure diligent cost management and adherence to the project schedule. • Compliance: Ensure Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards are strictly followed. • Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency. Requirements: • Education: Minimum HNC-level qualification in Civil Engineering or related field. • Experience: Proven experience in site supervision, preferably with Scottish Water. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in setting out and working within a principal contracting environment. • Certifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid Certification. Estimated salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
