Estate Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estates Manager to join our Property team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As an Estates Manager, you will play a key role in managing our portfolio of properties across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head of Estates in managing the property portfolio, ensuring timely rent payments and cost mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with various departments to provide advice and assistance on property management and lease issues.
- Collaborate with construction and FM colleagues to interpret legal arrangements and provide advice on repairing obligations.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and support with budgeting.
- Develop and maintain the Property Asset Register, ensuring robust document management and property information systems.
- Conduct rent reviews, lease renewals, and regears, as well as dealing with breaks and applying for landlords' consents.
- Assist the Head of Estates with acquisitions and disposals, as well as relocations.
- 3+ years of property or estates experience across a multisite portfolio.
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of Landlord and Tenant legislation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate strategically and reactively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive communication style.
- Thirst for knowledge and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Full UK driving license and access to a roadworthy vehicle.
