We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Sales Consultant to join our Residential Sales department in South Birmingham.
About the Role:
- Manage a pipeline of residential properties, maintaining and updating records and databases.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to showcase properties and attract new clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to drive sales and growth.
- Negotiate sales contracts and ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process.
- Utilize excellent administrative skills to update databases and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in estate agency or property sales.
- Excellent IT skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to multi-task and work across numerous projects.
- Strong understanding of the residential sales process and ability to negotiate sales contracts.
