We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Sales Consultant to join our Residential Sales department in South Birmingham.
About the Role:
- Manage a pipeline of residential properties and maintain a dedicated portfolio.
- Act as a key member of the Sales team, handling initial enquiries and leads.
- Market new listings, valuing and advertising properties to ensure they are shown to their best advantage.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders, and the wider team.
- Utilize various marketing channels to develop new business and support the sales process.
- Negotiate sales contracts and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in estate agency or the property sector.
- Excellent IT skills, professional telephone manner, and ability to multi-task.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process and ability to negotiate sales contracts.
