Care Team Manager

At Helping Hands, we're looking for a skilled Care Team Manager to join our team in Godalming.
We've been supporting adults of all ages to maintain their independence since 1989. Our goal is to provide the highest possible standard of care, and we're committed to making life better at home.
We have over 150 branches across England and Wales, and we're expanding rapidly. As a Care Team Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Branch Care Manager with recruitment, business development, and quality assurance
- Evaluating customer needs and conditions to ensure accurate care planning
- Supervising care teams to ensure compliance with CQC/CIW guidelines
- Recruiting and training new staff members to meet branch needs
- Fostering strong relationships with customers, carers, and other stakeholders
- Identifying new business opportunities to drive commercial growth
- Maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent experience. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices is essential, as is a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
