About the Role
As a Care Team Lead at Anchor, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to oversee shifts, manage staff assignments, conduct medication procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of care services
- Collaboration with the Deputy Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentorship and development of care team members to enhance skills and confidence
- Conducting thorough care assessments to inform personalized care plans
- Monitoring and maintaining high standards of care quality, adhering to regulatory requirements
About You
