Court of Protection Solicitor or Senior Paralegal Opportunity

A permanent position is available for a Court of Protection Solicitor or Senior Paralegal to join a well-established team in a reputable law firm.

The Role

  • To assist solicitors in the department with their caseload of professional deputyships and professional trusteeships.

The Candidate

  • Knowledge of statutory duties relevant to the Court of Protection and deputyship files.
  • Ability to draft relevant correspondence.
  • To manage a caseload of execution-only Personal Injury Trusts and lay deputyship applications.

Benefits

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week

Hybrid Model: 50/50 split

Holidays plus bank holidays and Christmas close down
